About Mathieu Rossignol

I am a Counsel in the Anti-Corruption and Internal Investigations practice group of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. I advise clients in matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, French anti-corruption laws, international trade, corporate governance, human rights compliance, and World Bank and other financial institutions. I have participated in the performance of compliance audits, internal and government investigations, and worldwide due diligence reviews on third party agents, joint venture and consortium partners, in the context of monitorships, internal compliance program audits, and mergers & acquisitions. I have also assisted the compliance team of Technip Energies (formerly TechnipFMC), as part of a secondment, including with respect to conducting risk mappings pursuant to Sapin 2 Law, revising anti-corruption policies and procedures, as well as providing compliance trainings and daily advice to compliance officers and other stakeholders on the implementation of the compliance program.
