About Mathieu Spadaro
I started to work in the film industry as an Editor for the french TV channel CANAL+ in 2012. I have quickly been involved to work as a Filmmaker on the Behind The Scenes for the famous TV shows : Les Créations Originales CANAL+(Braquo, Versailles, Le Bureaux des Légendes.) then I worked as a Film Director on many documentaries, digital contents and advertising formats. Then I left CANAL+ to devote myself to my personal artistic film career and I founded a Film Production Company: SAPARI PRODUCTIONS In 2019, as a Film Director and Editor, I did my very first documentary series for AMAZON PRIME: MYLÈNE FARMER, L'ULTIME CRÉATION. An immersive documentary series presented in three 45 minutes long episodes, bringing to the viewer a very intimate insight of Mylene’s creative process. In 2022, as a Film Director, Executive Producer and Editor, I did the documentary BALLON D'OR, LA COURSE VERS L'ÉTERNITÉ for L’ÉQUIPE. This documentary follows the journey of the most prestigious individual football award through the year 2022, featuring testimonials from the greatest players in the world.(Karim Benzema, Sadio Mané, Lionel Messi, Kevin De Bruyne, Robert Lewandowski, Thibaut Courtois, Zinédine Zidane, Carlo Ancelotti, José Mourinho, Ada Hegerberg, Alexia Putellas, Didier Drogba,…) I m currently shooting my next documentary and I am working on several feature films and commercial projects.
