About Mathieu Vandenabeele

I am Mathieu Vandenabeele, born in Kortrijk and living in Heusden-Zolder together with my lovely family. Graduated as a secondary school teacher of English and Physical Education, but never worked as a teacher. After graduation I got into the DIY world through family and worked at DIY, Hubo for 3 years. 2 years as a salesperson and 1 year as an assistant store manager. I love challenge and after these 3 years I ended up in the construction & wood world and mainly focused on, my passion, interior design and everything around it. In 2017 I had started at the company Cras in sales and after 4 years I made the switch to purchasing as Category manager of all interior products. During my last year, I advised and supported my fellow sales in this product category as Sales Consultant and provided training in it. After having worked at Cras for almost 8 years, I made the choice to start as a technical consultant at the company Finsa BV in Vlissingen on January 6, 2025 and may inspire interior designers with our beautiful, innovative products. In addition, together with my brother-in-law, I am also in the company of B-Projects Zolder VOF, specialized in finishing with Mortex as well as terrazzo.
