Over the past decade, i’ve led multiple departments and successfully launched high volume operational studios across different markets and locations. At proxy live solutions, i’ve been responsible for launching three live studios with over employees. My focus spans operations management, recruitment, QA, service management, customer support, training & development, operational excellence, compliance, risk and integrity and project delivery management ensuring each area is aligned for performance and growth.
