After graduating from EHL with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management, I joined Optima System as a Digital Transformation Project Manager, where I lead projects that enhance both processes and customer experiences. I thrive on designing digital journeys that are not just efficient, but truly meaningful and memorable for users. My goal is to bridge the gap between technology and human connection, especially in industries where emotion and detail matter most, Hospitality and Luxury.
