Hi, I'm Mathilde I'm Currently working as an Account Manager at a French SaaS company, helping clients streamline their clinical and administrative operations through AI-powered software solutions. I also worked as a communication apprentice for two years. I was in charge of - the Social Media Strategy : the creation of an editorial calendar (organic content and SMA) ensured better visibility, better interactions and better brand awareness - the improvement of the Email Marketing Strategy : cleaned the database, provided efficient CTAs, segmented our target audience : boosted open and click-through rates.
