About Mathilde Gohard

HR at heart, communicator by passion, and endlessly curious — I’ve been navigating the worlds of HR, creativity, and data with agility for the past several years. I joined VINCI full-time in 2018 — and I’ve been growing there ever since. Recruitment, employee well-being, school partnerships, HRIS, HR data, HR Communication… I’ve explored (almost) every corner of the talent development universe. I love making sense of people, processes, and purpose. And because collaborator deserves to be seen, heard, and understood, I picked up a camera, hit “record,” and started creating: videos, photos, interviews, and content for social media — communication is my creative playground. Adobe Suite and ring lights are basically my second language. Serious about my work without taking myself too seriously, I believe in the power of curiosity, laughter, and contagious energy. I’m sporty at heart and in life, always up for a challenge or a wild idea that sparks action. Here, I share what I love, what I create, and what inspires me. If it inspires you too — let’s connect!
