About Mathilde K.

Who am I? My Name is Mathilde I am currently studying a BA in the study program Food and Management, Nutrition and Health. During my studies, I have worked with entrepreneurship innovation, menue - and product development, senses and textures, concepts, sustainability, communication, Sustainable Development Goals for FN', climate among others. I love to create dishes and recipies, style food, do coocking and make beautiful table settings I enjoy creating dishes that satisfies the sensory food experience, but also the aesthetic eye. It fills my heart with joy and makes me creative. All of this must unite to complete the dish into a satisfactory and one of a kind dining experience. My aim is to raise focus on the quality of plant-based food, through gastronomic experiences for every occasion where taste, textures and the aesthetic expression are the main focus. ​You can find my work on istragram: Vegetable Crystals My key strength is my ability to make a connection with people, and see their needs - weather it’s associated with food, dining experiences, body movement, breath-work or just talk. As a person I am emphatic, realistic and energetic. I also work as a showroom assistant in Reform Kitchens, and as a Yoga Teacher. As a yoga teacher am I focusing on mental stability, body movement, breathwork, strenght and more. I have more than 6 years of experience as a sales assistant, primarily frome Hay House and Reform Kitchens. I have gained experience in knowlegning how to handle different kind of people within my job as a yoga teacher, from sales, marketing, product management and more.
