With a background in communication and solid experience in B2B marketing, I work with demand generation, content creation, and campaign strategy in tech-driven environments. At Puzzel (via SupWiz, an AI company acquired in 2024), I focus on communicating AI-powered solutions such as chatbots and virtual assistants, helping position them clearly to both customers and relevant stakeholders. I’m especially interested in how strategic, user-focused communication can support the full customer journey and bridge the gap between people and technology.
