About Mathilde Lerda

I believe we can mix passion, excellence and agility in our daily jobs and that is a reason why I chose to start my journey with Louis Vuitton. Supply Chain is a work of art trying to answer to new consumption modes, to survive in a volatile and unpredictable world and still adopting eco-friendly methods. Adding omnichannel to the picture, and focusing on the last mile delivery and the endless client satisfaction, bring more and more challenges we must take up everyday. We don't know how people will live tomorrow and how these behaviors will affect our jobs, but we must be equipped to tackle a digital transition and start with preparing our Supply Chains to offer the impossible to their clients. I am convinced that the key to unlock our future challenges is by getting people from different horizons and backgrounds to meet and work together, and by overcoming our confort frame to think creatively.
