About Mathilde Roubille

I am a positive, organised and reliable consultant with a strong experience in embedding digital engineering (including BIM and Information Management) in large infrastructure projects. Coming from a structural engineering background, I leverage my technical experience on major projects (Riyadh Metro and Doha Metro in the Middle East) to enable a deep understanding of program and project delivery in complex environments. I have delivered Digital Engineering and Information Management advisory to major infrastructure projects in Australia (North East Link Program, Inland Rail program and Suburban Rail Loop). I am passionate about defining the need and challenges of current processes before implementing any technological solutions. I am also enthusiastic about making better use of the data and information available at program and project levels to deliver better outcomes to the client and enable reliable data-driven decision making.
