About Mathilde Sommier

During my 5 years studying in France to complete my Master's degree in Digital Marketing and Communication, my career path proved to be rather varied: At GreenGo, a French start-up of eco-responsible accommodations, I had several roles for 3 years: Community Manager, Social Media Manager and Business Developer. In particular, I loved the brainstorming on brand image, the joyful organisation of two crowdfunding campaigns, the wacky ideas on social media content and the fierce negotiation with hosting providers. 🧪 Then, driven by a desire for adventure, I joined STEMCELL Technologies, a Canadian biotech company, in the UK for a one-year V.I.E. contract as a Sales Enablement Associate. I discovered the exciting and fast-moving world of tendering and had the chance to organise two virtual (and fun!) Sales Weeks for the European sales team. In particular, I loved being in charge of the team-building activities, where I could express my genius for games. I'm extremely grateful for the last 5 challenging years and for all the people who have supported me. I'm now looking to the future as full of adventures, always accompanied by my two pillars: resilience and positivity!
