About Mathis Cordier

I am currently Engineer in Computer Vision in Digital Phenotyping team for Vilmorin-Mikado, Limagrain. I defended my PhD on the topic 'Embedded analysis of RGB-Depth images, application to the study of the development of disease symptoms on plants'. This PhD is carried out within the VisArt team (Artificial Vision) of the R&D pole of Vilmorin-Mikado and the ImHorPhen team (Imaging for Horticulture and Phenotyping), LARIS, University of Angers. I followed a Master's degree in Fundamental Mathematics which led me to a Master's degree in Data Science specialized in biological data processing at the University of Angers. Since my Master 2 internship, I have been working in the more targeted field of image processing. Je suis actuellement Ingénieur en Vision par Ordonateur dans l'équipe de Phenotypage Numérique pour Vilmorin-Mikado, Limagrain. J'ai soutenu ma thèse sur le thème 'Analyse embarquée d'images RGB-Depth, application à l'étude du développement de symptômes de maladies sur plantes'. Ce doctorat s'effectue au sein de l'équipe VisArt (Vision artificielle) du pole R&D de Vilmorin-Mikado et de l'équipe ImHorPhen (Imagerie pour l'Horticulture et le Phénotypage), LARIS, Université d'Angers. J'ai suivi une Licence de Mathématiques fondamentales qui m'a ensuite mené à un Master Data Science spécialisé dans le traitements des données biologiques à l'Université d'Angers. Depuis mon stage de Master 2, je me suis dirigé vers le domaine plus ciblé du traitement d'images.
