About Mathis Ernst

I am a physicist with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. With 2.5 years of experience working for an innovative German tech start-up, I discovered the beauty of seeing technology and science adding value to society by introducing them in business context with all constraints and necessities. The constant challenge, especially with international clients to fulfill the needs and build a product which is not only functional from a technical perspective but helpful and useful for other people is a deeply satisfying journey. My experiences are ranging from the technological development in the cross-section of electronics, material science and chemistry to project management in national as well as international projects, mainly in south-east asia. I was involved in all processes inside a growing, international start-up including marketing, human ressources as well as legal constraints. The necessity to get familiar with complete unknown topics, fields and responsibilities is driving my mindset, looking constantly for new challenges and self-development.
