About Mathisse Bertheau

As the founder and CEO of Rydit Scooters in Montreal, I've been committed to driving sustainable micro-mobility in urban centers since June 2020. Our electric scooters have made their way across Canada, all thanks to our online store and effective SEO strategy. Through targeted social media marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships, our brand gained considerable attention and loyal customers who generated recurring purchases. At Rydit, I've taken charge of designing new products that comply with Canadian regulations and represented our business at numerous trade shows and industry events. These efforts expanded our presence in BC, Alberta, Ontario—ultimately driving additional sales in Q3 2022. I also spearheaded distribution expansion with the addition of 7 retailers in Quebec between Q2 and Q4 2022. Understanding the importance of strategic partnerships, I initiated joint ventures with key organizations, such as PGA of Canada, Vancouver Parks, and BC Golf. This allowed us to tap into the golf industry's potential markets throughout the country.
