As a Retail Banker II, I have more than two years of experience in the financial services industry, working with various products, platforms, and systems. I have successfully opened and maintained accounts, processed transactions, and resolved issues for hundreds of customers, achieving high levels of satisfaction and retention. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Rowan University, where I am learning how to effectively communicate across various media platforms and audiences. I have applied my communication skills to enhance my customer interactions, educate them about financial products and services, and build long-term relationships. I am passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and enhancing their customer experience.
