About Matias Kohner

My purpose is to build communities of leaders who challenge themselves, grow together, and create real impact in the world. Throughout my journey, I’ve seen how isolated leadership limits growth, and how the power of a well-guided community can transform both businesses and individuals. That’s why I dedicate myself to connecting, inspiring, and supporting leaders who seek not just business success, but also personal evolution and meaningful change. What drives me: • Creating spaces where leaders can learn from peers with transparency and authenticity. • Encouraging conversations that challenge perspectives and lead to better decision-making. • Promoting methodologies that integrate impact, profitability, and purpose. My personal life reflects this approach. I’m a father of two amazing kids, and together with my wife, we share a deep passion for nature and outdoor experiences. The mountains, the sea, and open spaces have taught me that leadership—just like adventure—requires resilience, vision, and adaptability. These same lessons shape how I help leaders navigate challenges and reach their full potential. Lately, I’ve also been exploring painting, using it as a way to connect with emotions and self-expression. I’m passionate about guiding others in their inner journey, helping them align their purpose, Ikigai, Why. with their actions, and striving for coherence between being and doing. I believe that becoming better leaders starts with becoming better partners, spouses, and parents. My current focus is on Vistage Italy, building a network of Chairs and members who want to elevate their leadership through accountability, shared insights, and deep human connection.
