About Matias Warnes

Hello! My name is Matias Warnes and I recently graduated from Purdue University! I majored in Selling and Sales Management with a minor in Management and a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The education I received did not only provide me with more than enough knowledge that will allow to excel in my career, but also gave me several "real life" experiences in the professional job world. This education and these experiences gave me the ability to combine what I learned and my cognitive responses together so I could be come a well rounded employee and collogue. My career goal is to work in the sales industry and achieve a high-level position! Eventually, I would like to go off and create my own business. Selling has been a big passion of mine because I have always loved to help people. My definition of success is not if I made the sale or not, but it is how happy the customer is once the sale is completed. I have always loved how selling has brought variety to the table and there is a new challenge every day. Outside of academics, I enjoy a variety of things! I am passionate about fashion. I have always found it fascinating how different designers incorporate inspirations from their lives into what we wear today. They are constantly pushing the boundaries of fashion in every direction. I also find it amazing how there is an aftermarket around the fashion industry. I am passionate about exploring and going to try new places and things. Being from California and going to school in Indiana, it is a whole new world out there, so I take advantage and explore new things.
