An innovative entrepreneur having built the Champ Group of companies from ground zero over the past 7 years. Each of my roles have seen me transform, shape and change the way a business operates in challenging work sectors. This has included but not limited to overseeing the company's day-to-day HR management and Recruitment Operations, managing and implementing cost effective HR and Financial Management and Reporting systems, setting KPI’s and targets when it comes to meeting compliance and auditing, and streamlining our business processes and procedures.
