About Matilda Dethose

I turn “how is this even working?” into structured, high-performing operations that actually deliver. Operations & PMO professional with 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource coordination, and global delivery within fast-paced, client environments. With a unique blend of Business Psychology and hands-on operations experience, I specialise in aligning people, processes, and strategy within fast-paced, client-driven environments. My approach combines behavioural insight with operational rigour to optimise how teams work, scale, and deliver. 🪖 Currently, I support resource allocation for 300+ professionals across 40+ projects, partnering cross-functionally with Resource Managers, HR, and senior stakeholders to balance skills, demand, and business priorities. Alongside workforce planning, I manage P&L oversight, revenue tracking, and risk identification, enabling data-driven decisions that protect performance and profitability. 🧠 I’m driven by a clear mission: to build smarter, more human-centric operating models that improve efficiency, engagement, and long-term performance. With an academic foundation in Business Psychology, I bring a people-centric approach to process optimisation, Agile operations, and change management. Certified SAFe 6 Agilist and Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in Agile delivery and transformation. If you’re hiring for PMO, Operations, Project Coordinator or Workforce/Resource Management roles — or need someone who can bring clarity to complexity in your delivery teams — let’s connect or feel free to message me directly.
