WOTSO is a flexspace provider now with over 20 sites Australia wide (And soon to be New Zealand). With our main focus being in the suburbs rather than the city, WOTSO aims to bridge the gap between working from home and working in the typical city office. BlackWall Property Trust owns a diverse portfolio of realestate across Australia and New Zealand which it then leases out not only to WOTSO but to a number of different uses and tenants. The two in combination form what is now known as WOTSO Property (ASX:WOT), which aims to buy distressed real estate in the suburbs, do it up and have our ready made tenant WOTSO able to move in and provide the local area with a much needed co-working space. Should the building have remaining space, we then look to fill it with amenities such as a childcare, gym, coffee shop etc, to create a vertically integrated community. As a Regional Manager at WOTSO Property my role has two key components. Firstly, I property manage a number of the assets that BlackWall owns in the Sydney/Newcastle region. Then secondly, I oversee the running of the WOTSO flexspace in those same assets.
