I have over 5 years experience in project/office administrative activities including managing executives schedules, providing documentation to internal teams and stakeholders, while responding to inquiries from coworkers and clients in a timely manner. I am also responsible for ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget: Breaking projects into tasks, creating workflows, collected and tracked project expenses while tracking progress toward desired completion. Other facets that fall under my purview are construction document control and drawing management including maintaining and organizing electronic and hard copy files. I also have extensive experience creating excel files to increase organization and tracking projects as well as tracking and updating client databases. I assist with office duties as required, which includes maintaining billing and invoice timelines, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices/reports and researching and resolving discrepancies. Other executive administration duties I regularly oversee are; review, compose, and answer correspondence, distribute mail in a timely manner as well as make travel arrangements, manage calendars, schedule meetings, facilitate business presentations for team members, and ensuring applicable technology is available at meetings (remote/in-person).
