Background
About Matiyos Teka
I am a dedicated IT professional with experience in Networking, IT support, ERP system assistance, and security systems. I currently work at Brothers IT PLC as a Pre-Sales and Network Engineer, where I actively support the technical sales process by preparing proposals, analyzing customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and contributing to network design, configuration, and implementation. I also assist in solution demonstrations, product selection, and guiding clients toward the right technology for their environment.Previously, I worked as a Junior Digital (IT) Officer at Nanodas Trade & Industry PLC, where I gained hands-on experience in IT support, system troubleshooting, and ERP system assistance. Before that, I completed a practical internship at Efoy Security & ICT Solution, focusing on CCTV installation, configuration, and basic networking tasks.
