I earned a certification in Phlebotomy in 2021, an Associates in General Studies degree in December 2021, and passed the ASCP PBT exam in June 2022. With those, I also have my American Heart Association certification in AED, BLS, and CPR for adults, infants, and children. I am reliable, efficient, and dedicated. My strengths are in customer service, time-management, self-management, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and organization. I work well in a team environment while also being motivated to work under my own initiative. After taking some time off to travel, care for my son, and care of my poorly grandmother, I am looking forward to working in the healthcare field. I possess effective and efficient communication skills both written and verbally. ​ ​My background is in retail as well as warehouse work, but all have taught many skills that I can carry over. I am punctual, articulate, hard-working, and task oriented. I have experience in proactively resolving conflicts in a positive and constructive manner.
