As a military spouse with a Bachelors Degree, I have over 15 years of work experience to offer. This includes 10 years of Federal Service. I am a self-starter who is motivated to set goals and achieve them. Over the years I have worked as a Dental Assistant, Military Pay Technician, Financial Management Analyst (DTS Travel), Administrative Assistant, and Contract Specialist. I possess a flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution. I have strong listening skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to prioritize work. I have PC knowledge, typing skills at 40-50 wpm, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. I have strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, multi-tasker, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Evening and weekend availability for positions that involve phone communications with customers. I am fluent and very familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube for social media support and analytics. I have a MacOs operating system. I am conversant with Google Workspace, including Mail, Docs, and Sheets. I have experience with video teleconferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and Skype. I have experience with email management and organizing folders. All of my work experience has involved data entry at some point, and helping people comes second nature to me.
