About Mats Andersson

Started my career as truck driver, fresh out of High School. As I first started out for my fathers company, which he was running for over 30 years, and well before I was born, so I grew up within it. Long before I started driving, I worked as a kid in the garage, also maintained the bookkeeping systems on the computers, and pulled out the data for the company we hired for ensuring the validity of the date. As a truck driver: It’s a very customer oriented profession, so I’ve learned how to meet customers demand and satisfy them accordingly. Usually face to face. Before officially driving i tried a few things. Like personal assistance, planting forest, and e-mail support. For the past five years,(since 2019) my profession lies with customer support and for the past year deep higher level trouble shooting that first response can't be expected to handle. Level 2 if you will. I'm also a trainer, quality assurance and generally the person you go to, when not knowing what to do. My greatest hobbies lie within computers, tech and videogames and I did a lot of support for others during my off hours. Lately though, it's more in the professional sense. I know all iterations of Windows, iOS and Android. As well as Microsoft Office. Some familiarity with databases. I build and maintain my own and others computers. I do service on laptops as well as mobile phones. Software as well as hardware. I speak and write fluently in English as well as in Swedish. Working so many global markets, I wish I spoke more. But, if I have a flaw, that would be one of them. I can understand several languages to some degree, but not speak them.
