My career spans a broad range of industries, including healthcare, medtech, logistics, retail, manufacturing, nuclear, pulp & refinery, where I have held both leadership roles and consulting assignments. I have a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale IT projects and programs, from infrastructure build-out to the implementation of business-critical ERP, CRM and EHR systems. I see myself as an outgoing and committed leader with a grounded approach. My strength lies in building autonomous teams and fostering a transparent, collaborative culture where curiosity and accountability are encouraged. I thrive on empowering individuals to grow through clear visions and personal engagement. Key Achievements- Successful IT Transition: Successfully migrated an entire IT environment, including all solutions, for a major healthcare provider with 1,200 employees across 50 facilities - completed in just 6 months- Large-Scale Implementation: Led the Go-Live’s of a highly complex enterprise imaging solution at Gothenburg’s largest hospitals, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic- National Transformation: Currently, I am a Lead Technologies Owner on the supplier side of Sweden’s largest public sector IT program, driving healthcare digitalization for the Västra Götalandsregionen (VGR). My professional goal is to continue evolving in leadership roles where I can work at the intersection of IT and business - areas I truly love!
