Have more than 30 years of experience from a variety of roles in pharma industry that have given me broad and in-depth knowledge of how to sucessfully execute projects. Also has practical experience of validation as both executor, validation manager and project manager from a vide range of projects within the life science business. Am easy to work with and have extensive experience working in international organisations and how to communicate in such complex enviroments. Am known to get the work done and find solutions to upcomming challenges As a person I am careful, analytical and like to work towards set targets and timetables. Have a good ability to see possibilities in all situations. Is a cheerful optimist who would rather look forward than backwards. My main characteristics are that I am good at solving problems and think outside the box in order to find new ways of working and viable solutions. My main motivation is to develop people and processes and I have extensive experience in leading other employees in their work. Am easygoing and has the ability to communicate with all types of personalities. Has knowledge and experience working with statistical methods as Six Sigma and Green Belt in Six Sigma and became certified by Rath & Strong. As a leader, I am structured and targeted with a strong commitment to delivering targets on time and meet expectations.
