Most recently as the VP Finance at Busbud, I led the overall finance function across all subsidiaries globally, with a staff of over 20 finance professionals. Before moving to a Strategic Advisor role, I was responsible for building and managing FP & A, accounting, financial systems, and financial operations, as well as having led the performance marketing function on an interim basis. In my career, I have over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, with a track record of driving profitable growth for million-dollar and billion-dollar B2B SaaS and B2C marketplace companies.My core competencies include financial management, budgeting and forecasting, analysis and insights, strategic planning, team leadership, global operations, systems implementation, financial modeling, business transformation, change management, fundraising and capital management, and relationship building. I am also a certified management accountant (CMA) and a chartered professional accountant (CPA), as well as an accomplished author and speaker in the FP & A community.
