I'm a Client Solutions Administrator with over 12 years of experience in all things Help Desk. I'm now on the System Administrator side of things focusing on Mac management and MDM. While Macs are my primary focus and competency, I have years of experience with patching, deployment, VM's, backups, font management, and more. I have over 15 years of customer service under my belt and continue to enjoy being a resource or escalation point to Help Desk staff. Colleagues know me as an easy-to-get-along-with person whom they can trust to get their issue resolved. I'm driven by my passion to provide effective technological solutions that enable people to get more work done with less effort. I hope to share the passion I have with others about technology in the hopes of empowering their lives, and hopefully removing a bit of the friction that technology can impose.
