I believe in continuous improvement, sustainability and safety as being paramount in the workplace. Safety is the top priority in any workplace, allowing for continuous improvement in both operational and environmental capacities to give added value. My experience in the mining industry has given me first hand knowledge in areas of safety, attention to detail, and mineral processing. My education at Laurentian University allowed me to build my problem solving skills through the engineering curriculum, which required strong time management and organizational skills in order to succeed and build a basis of skills that I bring to the workplace. My experience has also allowed me to develop and strengthen my communication and interpersonal skills through correspondence with clients and colleagues. I also have a background using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MATLAB, Maple, PI ProcessBooks and other engineering related software.
