I strive always to improve systems to ensure that they are working to meet the needs of the organisation as well as provide the resilience and flexibility that is required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I bring a strong belief in maintaining, improving, and development of clear policy and procedure for organisations. Extensive background in Supply Chain Management and Stores operation; underpinned with strong engineering principles; including sourcing and procurement of hard to find products, contract negotiations, order management, and vendor quality management. A belief that the success of a project relies on bringing together all shareholders of a project, including technical, non-technical, and executive levels of an organisation. Adept at teaching people new skills in a variety of learning styles. Able to adapt the teaching style to match the broad range of learning styles of employees. Able to manage a wide range of employees in a manner that is best for the employee. I believe in constant improvement, and prompt feedback about success and failures is critical to someone's success. Safety is a fundamental idea that should be strived for by all parties and taught to everyone from the basic levels through to the top.
