My mission is to positively impact the lives of my clients, teammates, and those I come into contact with daily. I have been a full service residential and multifamily investment real estate professional since July 2005. My team has been recognized as a leader in the Omaha metro area for the last decade. But nobody really cares about that, do they? I like to help people in areas that I know. That’s real estate. I also like to invest in real estate. Mostly property people live in. Shelter, it’s a basic need. Seems like a safe long term investment to me. And if you care about your tenants, you will be rewarded. That’s my mission, yo Not that you care, but I’m a kick ass negotiator too. Specialties: buying and selling homes, second homes, investment properties including multifamily properties, negotiating contracts, REO properties, new construction- building process including lot selection and financing, relocation and benefits.
