As a hands-on finance leader in government contracting, I have a demonstrated record of achievement in driving organizational effectiveness, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering impactful, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. I combine financial and business expertise to develop broad business objectives and expand efficiency within complex government contracts while driving profitability. In my current role as corporate planning and analysis director for Amentum’s Aviation division in Melbourne, FL, I provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day business operations, supporting a $1.2B revenue portfolio across 30+ government and commercial contracts. In addition to guiding a team of 11 business managers in finance, I also coordinate with program teams and their leadership to optimize financial profitability while meeting all contractual and regulatory compliance obligations. Some notable highlights of my career achievements include: • Establishing and transitioning numerous key contracts, including a $352M US Navy maintenance contract and a $308M Middle East air traffic controller program contract between 2018 and 2020. • Training, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams to improve business acumen by expanding reporting capabilities for the segment leadership and business management team. • Spearheading the creation of a dashboard reporting system to review and compare estimate at completion models within the Qlikview rendering tool, enabling more precision and ease in monitoring regional accounts receivable while improving risk management.
