About Matt Bimm
From a young age I had an interest in Real Estate, being raised with a Real Estate Developement background. While still in college, at the age of 18, I purchased my first Commercial Investment Property. Shorthly after I enrolled in the Real Estate licensing program and went on to be one of the youngest recorded Realtors in the province of Ontario, Followed by the same honors as one of the youngest Brokers in Ontario. During this period I built a sucessful Real Estate Profile consisting of rentals in: Industrial, Food Service, Office, Retail, and Residential/Multiunit. In 2012 I founded Valley Property Shop Limited, a Real Estate Brokerage servicing the Ottawa Valley. We are a boutique Real Estate Brokerage with a strong presence in the area of Commercial Real Estate. Valley Property Shop was voted the 2013 Small Business of the Year by the UOV chamber of commerce. In 2013 I founded the Valley Mortgage Shop, together with the Valley Mortgage Shop Team we provide Mortgages and Financing for the Ottawa Valley. I am the Ottawa Valley's only member of the Canadian Commercial Council of Realtors.
