Award-winning and passionate professional with over two decades of experience driving innovation in education. I specialise in creating inclusive, engaging, and forward-thinking learning environments that empower both students and staff while equipping them with essential Employability 4.0 skills for a rapidly evolving workforce. My work is guided by John Keller's ARCS-V Model of Motivational Design, which emphasises learner engagement and motivation; Robert Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction, a systematic approach to effective teaching; and Richard Mayer’s Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, which ensures that instructional materials align with how people learn. These frameworks underpin my efforts to create impactful, human-centred educational experiences. With expertise in instructional, learning, and user experience design, multimedia construction, digital literacies, immersive learning environments, and AI integration in education, I have led dozens of national and international projects, positively impacting over learners. My scholarship portfolio includes immersive 360 VR experiences, interactive animations, educational films, serious games, simulations, and mobile apps. As a skilled product and project manager, I excel in strategic planning, design thinking, quality assurance, and stakeholder collaboration. I have contributed to higher education as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant for Master’s-level educational multimedia modules.
