About Matt Booth

Culinary Arts has always been a strong passion of mine. Starting in the kitchen at a young age cooking with my mother, food interest had stuck with me. Yet i never thought about Cooking as a profession, it took me a couple of years working in Construction grading and excavating company to fully grasp what career path i would choose. I started off slow by taking a couple of culinary text book classes and once i got into the first hands on class, i was hooked. My passion was ignited and from that moment i knew that this was something i could do for the rest of my life and throughly enjoy doing. The opportunities and numerous jobs in the Culinary industry are endless and can skew in several directions, but the one i have chosen is to become a Executive Chef of a gourmet restaurant in the near future. I love to push myself to become even more accurate, efficient, quick, and creative. I would also say to learn about food is my passion, i constantly crave to learn new recipes, techniques and push the limitless of dishes. I will continue to strive for my goal, feasting on all of the knowledge i possibly can and do my best to grasp all of the opportunities set in my path.
