I am an experienced human resource professional with a background in internal recruitment, human resource account and project management and resource planning, as well both internal and external training development and delivery. An accomplished people manager, I am confident in inspiring, directing and leading both direct teams and team managers. With extensive knowledge and understanding of a broad range of industry sectors - from insurance to engineering - I have experience of recruitment, training and development from entry level to board level management. Project work has included resource and attrition planning, design and implementation of assessment materials and processes,(including large scale assessment centres both in the UK and Europe, and competency based selection tools) creation of induction and training programmes, staffing and recruitment cost reduction initiatives and high volume, time restricted recruitment activity.
