It’s a story that’s always resonated with me and very much in-line with my high sense of urgency to achieve dramatic results. I have often taken calculated risks in order to grow professionally; to build, create, and grow strong businesses; and to help others.BUILD: I love building teams that enjoy what they do; who see the big picture while celebrating daily and weekly small victories; who challenge and hold each other accountable; and who allow me to work alongside them to remove obstacles in their way and share in the daily efforts. This skill set has helped me lead several business units to explosive double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability in very short time periods.
