With over 8 years of work experience in various customer-facing roles, I am a Customer Success Lead at LiveMine Solutions, a software company that provides data-driven solutions for the mining industry. In this role, I leverage my problem solving, communication, and analytical skills to help our clients achieve their operational and financial goals using our innovative products and services. I also collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights from the customers' perspective, and to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth and retention. Previously, I was an Account Manager at DrillCube, another innovative company in the mining sector, where I managed and nurtured relationships with key accounts, and delivered successful outcomes for both the customers and the company. In addition, I am a Trainer at The Agoge Boxing Gym, where I share my passion for fitness and boxing with people of different ages and backgrounds, and help them improve their physical and mental well-being. I am driven by the mission of making a positive impact on the lives of others, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where I can learn from and contribute to a diverse and talented team.
