With over eight years of experience in the freight industry, I have developed and honed my skills in operations management, sales, and customer service. I have a passion for delivering value and satisfaction to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as driving growth and efficiency for the organizations I work with. Most recently, I was a Senior Operations Leader at FreightVana, where I oversaw the capacity services team and ensured the optimal allocation of resources, pricing, and service quality for our clients. I also worked closely with the sales and account management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues. During my tenure, I contributed to increasing the revenue, market share, and customer retention rate of FreightVana. Previously, I held various sales roles at Uber Freight, where I established and maintained strong relationships with carriers and shippers, and generated multiple leads and referrals. I have a degree in marketing from North Greenville University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate, persuade, and influence in the competitive freight market.
