Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Master's degree from California State University, Fullerton in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. Currently the Director of Sports Performance at OC Fast Twitch. Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of programs that enhance athletic performance, reduce injuries, and maintain the health and well-being of athletes. NSCA - So Cal Advisory Board Previously Operations Manager of CHALK Performance Training tasked to lead a team of coaches, generate revenue, build elite training systems and demonstrate elite professionalism. Previously, Regional Director of Sport Performance with the responsibility to guide athletes through safe and effective program design, business and marketing development. Experience in leading and managing a team of coaches between multiple locations with the intent to create positive training outcomes for youth athletes to professional athletes. Served as Adjunct professor at the University level, featured on podcasts, guest speaker at NSCA So Clinic & college classes, written articles for US News and Hoag Orthopedic and The Atlanta Journal Constitution. Experience working with all types collegiate athletes, tactical athletes, MMA fighters, on top of athletes from the MLB and the NFL. Also has worked with athletes who are recovering from surgeries, getting them ready for returning to sport or normal life activities. Also serve as a strength coach and consultant for the Orange County Fire Academy. Main interest is optimally building and maintaining strength for all individuals.Advocate for understanding the "why" behind every action to produce best results. Outside of training - devoted to keep learning about the world of sports performance training with the goal to apply that knowledge and help others maximize their potential safely and effectively.
