About Matt Carter

A few years ago I was driving by a building and started to tell my wife about the business operating there and the cool people I had met. She said something that really stuck with me - she said "You're only in sales to satisfy your curiosity, aren't you?" Turns out she was right. I'm driven by a genuine curiosity, a lifelong pursuit of learning and have found a real passion for developing people. My most valued mentors have always helped me to uncover the solution to whatever challenges lie in front of me through asking really good questions, really listening for answers and taking time to think, analyze create a plan and follow it, measuring progress along the way to adjust course. This skill set has allowed me to take on roles that are client facing, revenue generating, operations focused, and process related.
