About Matt Carter

I am currently a lead project superintendent working on large scale commercial projects for various public and private agencies. I always ensure projects are build per plans and specifications, are always on schedule and under budget. This process includes: close coordination with sub-contractors, accurate daily field reports, generating and distributing a 4 week look ahead schedule, also generating the CPM schedule, submitting RFI's, submitting change orders, billing owner on a monthly basis via AIA payment application, reviewing submittals and ensuring products are installed per specifications, onsite meetings with: architects, engineers, inspectors, owners, and project managers to address and resolve any current critical issues in a timely manner, closely supervising company labor force, thoroughly inspecting job site safety and workers on a daily basis, completing punch-list work and conducting final walk-throughs with the clients. My ultimate goal is to create an effective construction team environment and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
