In addition to my experience in sales and staffing, I proudly serve as an Army Reserve Career Counselor with the rank of Sergeant First Class. In this role, I am entrusted with crucial responsibilities that contribute to the overall end strength of the Army Reserve. The units I serve trust in me to keep their Soldiers in the fight. As an Army Reserve Career Counselor, I am responsible for prospecting and reenlisting at least 12 Soldiers annually. Guiding and supporting these individuals in making informed decisions about their military careers is a privilege that I take seriously. Through personalized counseling and mentorship, I help Soldiers navigate their options, set goals, and achieve professional growth. Leadership roles include- Sr. Career Counselor, responsible to coaching enlisted members of the Army Reserve on career decisions-Instructor US Army, responsible for teaching classes on SOP's for material covering convoy procedures to Counter IED Training-Squad Leader US Army, responsible for 15 people I was also a Convoy Commander in Kuwait and Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2010- Resident Adviser, University of Massachusetts Lowell. Education BSBA in Management and Entrepreneurship University of Massachusetts Lowell.
