Over the past decade, I’ve helped regular people build wealth through real estate—without needing to be wealthy, or connected. But I didn’t start there. From 2009–2011, I was a high school math teacher. Then I jumped into B2B sales from 2011–2015. The money was better. But I felt like a caged lion. I had ideas—a lot of them. But in the corporate world, I wasn't allowed to try them out. So I made a deal with myself: If my ideas were good, I’d prove it by building something on my own. And if not? I could always go back to a job. In 2015, I walked away.
