About Matt Chambers

My passion is delivering business, change, technology and IT programmes of works, ostensibly across the lifecycle of service architecture, design and transition through to service management. Demonstrated experience of service consultancy and programme delivery, from white papers, supplier management, recommended operational blueprints, and being part of a delivery programme of work. Working with ITIL and TOGAF frameworks, across the end-to-end delivery of both run rate changes and multifaceted, multi supplier £1bn+ transformative programmes. Every consultancy and programme statement of works is different and has its own idiosyncrasies, however the fundamentals of team work, cross departmental collaboration, delivering on what is promised and honesty ring true across the board. My brief stint in the Royal Marines, accentuated this and brought these fundamentals to the forefront of my approach. A father of young 3 children, dog walker, keen sports fan, soon to be marathon legend and skydive champion, my focus is very much on working hard to deliver and exceed work commitments, then prioritising family time for fun, balance and grounding. I am keen and motivated to understand your requirements pertaining to consultancy of potential change programmes and the delivery of service architecture, service design and transition, across business and technology landscapes.
