About Matt Chauhan

I'm a professional, driven and approachable Business Process Manager with experience delivering quality, high impact digital transformation and change projects across the People function. An APMP project management qualified practitioner with an MA in HRM and Industrial Relations, focused on strategically aligning People processes and practices with long term business objectives. I believe an emphasis on an organizations' people as part of any change; whether cultural, technological or procedural is key to its' delivery success. My education and experience in HR lends itself well to strategically partnering with People Leadership Teams to drive shared successes and benefits in the digital sphere. Outside of work my time is spent playing football, keeping fit by running and cycling along the great cycle routes in the Netherlands, cooking, playing and following cricket as well as other sports.
