About Matt Chism

My passion is all around helping people and organizations do what they do.as well as they can possibly do it! I have had the privilege of working directly with some truly great leaders, starting with Stephen R. Covey and followed closely by Stephen M.R. Covey. The principles I learned from leaders like these I took to organizations like Microsoft, Starbucks, Boeing, Costco, Amazon.com, and many others in all industries. I've also had the opportunity to work closely with public sector executive leaders as well as academic leaders as the way people learn and access learning has so greatly evolved. These same principles have transitioned to healthcare in working with Dentists and Chiropractors to develop doctors that lead and create winning culture. My career has mirrored my core belief that great organizations are simply an outcome of great people empowered to bring their best to work everyday.
