About Matt Conroy

I am deeply passionate about creating access to positive opportunities for young people and young adults who face significant barriers. For the past 17 years, I have dedicated my career to youth work, with a focus on supporting those who often fall through the cracks. Over the last nine years, I worked with XLP, a youth charity in central London, leading the XL Bus project and engaging with some of the most hard-to-reach young people. Currently, I serve as the National Programme Director for Snow Camp, a role that allows me to combine my passion for youth development with my love for snow sports. Snow sports have been a transformative part of my life, and I am privileged to help make this exciting industry more accessible to young people who might never have imagined it was within their reach. At Snow Camp, we create opportunities for these individuals to experience and grow through snow sports, breaking down barriers and opening up a new world of possibilities. Beyond my professional work, I am also an avid filmmaker and photographer. You can find my creative projects on Instagram:@mattconroymedia.
